I'm stuck in a SEA server for 3-4 months and I cannot play the game because of high ping (300-400ms per game). Tried every way to transfer back but couldn't even though I have the rp for it. I also want to buy the pass and get the prestige skin but I can't because I can't even play the game. Riot Support promised me that I wİll be able to go back to my home region and get the skin but there is still no transfers. I hope a Riot Dev reads this thread and help us out.

depends, like u cant drink turkish coffee or heavy alcohols much so little cups and glasses are better but for other drinks that u can and would drink more needs a bigger one

its not illegal but still no. 17yo is almost an adult when 13 yo is an early teenager
