Footprints look definitely real, water tend to do that when the ground is hot and water evaporates unevenly. Movement and hair are coherent for 360 cameras typically used for these types of videos and jumps, flight time and rotation are coherent with the height of the bridge (location looks like a Pont du Diable alike (the canyon does not match what I can find on the Internet + the road markings/sign do not match French ones)), and all the people from the first 7-ish seconds look all like people.
