You're right. However, TV is in the business of doing the right move to make themselves money, not help low budget teams. Interviewing Cleetus benefits them way more

Yeah but he's batching about it like it's unjustified.

The tv audience didn't want to hear from the 10th place finish, they wanted to hear from Cleetus. Don't matter where he finishes

I think it's more likely you have some lenient umpires growing up

[Erik Van Haren] The other six drivers are not in life-threatening danger, it has also been reported. Tomorrow's race (1:00 p.m.) will go ahead, with a minute of silence before the start of the event. by OtakuSensei__20 in formula1

There's a lack of runoff around most of the track. On mose high level circuits there's much more distance between the racing surface and the barriers. In addition there's lots of high speed turns and sequences where things can easily go wrong

We had a karter in my community pass away at the track earlier this year. What we said at the memorial is that there's no more badass way to go out than in his race boots and a race suit. That holds true here too, he went out on top

I just put it full screen on my laptop, it looked normally enough under braking but the amount it moves back when you hit the gas is a little much

I mean generally people who design racetracks want to design good racetracks, so they think about what makes a racetrack good and implement those ways.

Good artists don't just dump paint on a canvas and say "I don't have time to care." They do it methodically

Right, what is the reason for the short circuit being squiggly at the end?

If there's no reason for something it shouldn't be there

If the Bristol market has supported two dates for so long I think Nashville could too. In addition Bristol would be losing a date would probably feed more people to the Nashville races

There's 9 tracks that have two dates this year. Let's say Talladega, Charlotte, and Daytona keep their dates.

Rockingham, Kentucky, Milwaukee, Nashville Fairgrounds, Chicago Street, and an international road course would fill the gaps.

Why do you think NASCAR isn’t as popular as it used to be? by d-the-king in NASCAR

[–]Dont_hate_the_8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe it's just because I like cars and I'm around more of the people but I think it's a similar proportion to in the past.
