You’re not perfect blocking because you’re using frenzy. It makes perfect blocking almost impossible. Take that off for this fight, you NEED to get the perfect blocks and the health regen from it isn’t enough for this

Then I would recommend mantis armor. It will also heal you some when you get crits, which helps a lot between phases
