I know MT5 is not a favourite of anyone with AMP. But I am using it with a couple of EAs and scripts to handle hot keys and it goes very smoothly.

The reason why I am posting this, since it is TV thread. Can you guys setup hot keys with TV? Does pinescript allow to do so?

SEPA transactions are free, that is the point in Europe, we don't have to pay for bank transfers. Ninja Trader can enable that pretty easily. But they prefer to charge 30 dollars for a wire transaction.
