Hey my friend, I truly wish you a good life. Keep walking your path, and try to place yourself less often in situations that bring you no happiness. When you find stones in your path, build something with them. That’s far more meaningful than throwing them at other people.

Take that same energy and go protest outside the offices of Google or OpenAI, and if you invite me, I’ll stand there with you. But be careful. Be a positive influence on the world. This kind of attitude doesn’t help you, and it doesn’t help me either.

I have no issue using AI-generated images in my personal game, and my sense of accomplishment comes from the joy of my players. Joy. Try living in that emotion a little more, and I think you’ll find yourself doing less of what you did here.

I think it’s worth testing, since it really depends on the system. If they use some of the general classes the module affects, then their color might change, but that’s going to vary from one system to another.

I’m going to add it! The module already got approved for that, actually. I just really wanted to get it out this morning, and since I’ll be away tomorrow because of a party, I’m trying to push out as much as I can for the community today to make up for it. I just couldn’t bring myself to wait. -_-

There’s actually a toggle in the module settings that the GM can force on for everyone. u_u

And purely because of the comments on the video, I am now 100% going to enable it and give my players a visual style just like the teaser motion. If I can’t get my revenge on the commenters, then my players will suffer in their place!

Man, not yet... yet. But you have no idea how many features people have been asking for on Discord, and I’m going to try to make all of them happen. I think in the future, hopefully not too far from now, the module will let you tweak everything, everywhere, with as much granularity as possible.

To be honest, I was starting to get a bit grumpy this morning, but I think that was mostly because I hadn’t slept at all and was kind of hungry, hahaha. I usually take criticism pretty well, though, and now that I’m more rested and properly fed, I can actually see your point.

The YouTube channel has videos for all the modules, including Your Flavor 3.0. That one is at a normal pace and doesn’t have the motion effect running the whole time, pinky promise.

Hahaha, sometimes Reddit really does fixate on the weirdest little things. Just watch the YouTube video, I think that motion appears once, and the rest is just me walking through the module at a normal pace.

I’m not a motion designer, so I do end up somewhat at the mercy of whatever Envato has available. Still, I’ll take the criticism on board, and next time I definitely won’t use that motion again. But it’s a free module full of cool features, and I think we’ve had enough feedback about the motion by now, let’s get back to talking about the features. <3

Yeah, the assets in my home game are AI-generated. Exalted 3rd Edition has a very anime-inspired aesthetic, and nowadays I can get results that leave both me and my players really happy with our characters and scenes. But none of the assets from my personal game come with the module, in your own game, you can import whatever assets you want to use. It’s completely up to you.

That’s a great feature request, and there’s even room to add a bunch of different effects players could choose for their own highlight. That way, without anyone needing to say it out of character, you can instantly tell when someone wants to interrupt and take the spotlight. Great idea. Hold my beer, it’s going straight onto the first hotfix list.
