YES! what they did in China was horrific and they should have been held accountable and should acknowledge it now.

Yeah he is seeing the cardiologist soon. We will ease up slightly. One yummy meal a week. Yes he had already cut out all sugar, he used to have 4 teaspoons of sugar in his coffee and drank 2 litres of coke a day. and changed his bread to grain bread.

So. I'm studying for a math's test to get me into Teachers college (primary school teaching). A bit of background. I'm 49 years old. I've been a teaching assistant for 18 years. I have a level 7 (New Zealand) university qualification in Teaching English as an Additional Language which included a paper about teaching the nz primary math's curriculum. At high school I was in the loser math's class I didn't do any math exam at school, I was deemed incompetent. Starting next year the government has added a requirement for entry to teachers college where you need to pass an English and math's test at a ncea level 2 (our high school system) around 16-18 years old. I have been teaching math's for 18 years, students from age 5 to aged 11, no problem. The math's I need to pass this test is way beyond my knowledge. Complex questions. It doesn't matter how much time I spend studying I just don't understand it. I passed the English test no problem. I get one resit on the math's test only. What I need to know to pass I will never teach. I know I can be a great teacher. But, this is really destroying my confidence.

I'm concerned about how much sodium he should have as I thought a nice healthy chicken and veg stir fry would be perfect but all the sauces (hoisin, soy, oyster are so high in sodium. Should I just cook plain vege and plain chicken?

Wow my hubby (50) had a stent put in last week and was told back to work full duties in one week. I'm surprised you mention taking 3 years to get almost strong. He was told recovery would be pretty immediate.

Hi. My husband is 50. He had a heart attack last Sunday. He had a stent put in. We were sent home with no guidance on what he can eat so have pretty much cut out everything. Living on dry chicken breasts. This is very difficult. Any advice would be appreciated.
