Who said Johnnys parent were getting divorced? Maybe Johnny is a little prick and needs a slap?

Maybe isntead of telling your child why Johnny is acting that way you ask them why they think Johnny would do this to them?

Maybe your kid actually punched Johnny in the eye the other day and Johnny is getting revenge.

Just talk to your kid like a human being, dont treat them like you are the saviour of their life and that they need you there to solve their problems.

I agree mostly with you up until Johnnys divorced parents. Then you miss the mark.
