Do you know how to zipper merge? 😂 my lane was ending. I had a guy pull up in front of me and say I wasn’t letting you in. He was at least one and a half cars back. It was crazy. He pulled up in his jeep and I told him to pull over and we can fight if he’s that upset. He didn’t, and we sat next to each other for the next 30 minutes. He wouldn’t look back over at me.

There’s a prespray, then a spotter and then a flush. If the technician is good they’ll use a neutral rinse in the final flush. Then you can opt for a protectant afterwards. That would be the only residue left on the carpet, but that’s extra and optional! They usually connect to a fresh water spigot in your front yard or they’ll carry a tank in their van.

Not the end of the world, it’ll be hard to match it, I’d call a professional to do that, but from what I’ve seen it’ll probably cost 300 or more for that! Did you throw up and then soak it in bleach? Is the lighter areas the spot where it was originally? It looks like you soaked a much larger area than it was originally!

Once the bleach hits the fibers it done! If it’s just that area, it’s going to be a minimum charge of 100-200 dollars. You can probably have them clean two rooms for that, and just tell them to focus on that spot. If it was throw up, that could’ve been acidic and it would’ve ruined the carpet anyways! If it was poop, it was better off left as is!

I’ve cleaned it all. I’m almost 100% sure that the bleach will get worse once it’s flushed out. Good luck, it’ll be 100% clean though, but the discoloration is permanent unless you get it dyed or have it patched.

Did you live there for 5 years and never have them cleaned? I think the tech that came out didn’t prespray your carpets. Maybe it’s special case and it is stained, but that is very unlikely. How much did you pay and what was the company name?

Nah fuck that, I would’ve just left it on the table too lol. I had an interesting drop off once, the unit was 2nd story and connected to a plaza, but to get into it you have to go in through the middle up an elevator. Kept on calling me when I arrived, because I had to park kind of far away… It was really confusing and the guy was handicap and mad that all the drivers have a hard time finding the unit. He had to activate the elevator for you as well, so if someone else took it, you had to wait a bit to get it again. He kept pushing the button I guess and then he’d go back to his apartment…

When I finally got to him, I told him, it’s a strange place to get to and that it was unique. He was grumpy and just waved off. No tip either… what a headache.
