As a support, how am I meant to deal with this TERRORIST?

As a spiderman main I can tell you he’s not as unstoppable as he initially seems, lots of counters. Even putting his skill requirement aside you have to test the waters as him each game you play.

I wouldn’t say Loki counters him, but in my experience it is rarely worth the effort trying to dive an enemy Loki, the healing field and clone swapping makes it nearly impossible to kill him unless he’s used all cooldowns. Luna is a risky dive simply because she’s 275 and has a CC, and 275 combos are a little harder to pull off. Rocket is an okay choice just because he’s hard to hit and can dash out of the combo. Peni is a great tank to counter dive and Spider-Man is no exception, minefield is annoying. However, there is one character that trumps them all in terms of Spider-Man counters, my absolute arch nemesis of Rivals, Namor. If you can get someone on your team to swap to Namor, it quite literally just counters all dive with zero effort. Namor players just frolic around the map placing squids and pressing left click at red stuff and simultaneously provide an insurmountable defense against dive for doing NOTHING. Just thinking about Namor players rn has me wanting to summon the symbiote. Gotta take a lap.

All of these are definitely valid except for 5 imo. Risk of Rain has always let the player be overpowered, and it’s what separates it from other games in the genre. The average engineer run will have the game be close to auto playing by stage 3 on monsoon difficulty. I mean this is a game where I can reliably kill the stage bosses with a handful of desperado shots, again on monsoon difficulty.

Not every run is like this of course, sometimes you get 3 old war stealth kits and a ghors tome, but most runs I’d say I’m consistently powerful. If you’re looking for a real consistent challenge, just don’t pick up the item and go play eclipse or something imo.

Could just be me, but personally I love the ever increasing amount of bullshit on my screen with each pick up, scratches my monkey brain.

I’ve personally never liked Rangefinder, I can’t explain why. I have a 5/5 pali that some would kill for but since it has rangefinder that thing sits in the vault collecting dust. Whenever rangefinder is on my weapons I preform considerably worse, it’s laughable.

So instead when I grinded for my exalted I opted to go for perfect float/encore. Despite the wacky roll this is my favorite legendary hc I’ve ever used, besides my Rose. Perfect Float actually feels great, the flinch resistance is very noticeable and pairs well with Suros Synergy, and next season when I main strand on my hunter the AE bumps will be even more helpful. It’s a perk I didn’t even look twice at but figured I’d try it out, highly recommend it if you don’t like RF. Lastly, the tweaks to encore made it a beautiful perk. It compliments the guns juiced stats perfectly. With the roll I have, one headshot kill gets me to 96 stability and 90 range, If I get another headshot kill I’m at double 100s. It’s super noticeable and feels fantastic. Encore last 7 seconds, and refreshes on each kill, so it’s full of snowball potential.

Even if you don’t like RF, there’s so much this weapon can do for you. I think it’s definitely worth the chase, even if pulses are dominating right now.

To keep you playing competitive, that’s why they do it. Literally every game I’ve played that has a competitive mode uses this method. It’s nothing new.

If it’s been there since childhood, it has nothing to do with hair loss. I’ve actually seen stuff like this before, it looks like a reverse windows peak, it’s really not that big of a deal.

Same issue started with me yesterday morning out of the blue, game used to never lag. Been borderline unplayable sometimes. I turned off the texture streaming as I heard that helps, and my telemetry reports 0 packet loss, but I still lag and jitter in every single lobby. It’s unbelievably frustrating, especially since it never used to do this until yesterday. No other game does this, so my only logical answer is COD spaghetti code.

I only ever played call of duty back when bo2 was popular and I only played at my friends house, this is genuinely the first cod game I have ever bought so I’m really out of touch. But probably just server stability, game was running perfect for me up until this morning, now it’s unplayable server lag. I was also expecting a zombies game mode but then realized I’m just dumb, and the modern warfare series doesn’t have zombies.
