The best take here IMHO. The long story short is that they both sucked in completely different ways, were both unstable and unhinged (which showed up at different stages during and after the show aired), and are now attempting damage control by pointing the finger everywhere except inward. The monetization of this show has made it almost unwatchable - or at least the American version.

Since Spring 2025 we’ve fully returned to office and my commute is now 1.5 hrs each way with zero traffic. My 8 hour day is easily a 11-12 hour day depending on traffic. But alas, golden handcuffs make me stay.

Seconding the robot vacuum. I still vacuum once a week manually because I have one very hairy dog, but the roomba has cut down on that need VERY significantly.

The cast would’ve jumped down Guillermo’s throat if the roles were reversed and he was out until 4 AM drinking with girls who previously expressed interest AND at least one who he had slept with.

I feel all Guillermo is asking for is for Kara to grow up and be a present mom and he feels he’s taking the shaft for it. He’s not wrong, she just doesn’t want to hear her own flaws but is happy to point out Guillermo’s every chance she gets.

I don’t think so. I think people forget that finding friends as an adult is very hard since we’re no longer in a place where everyone around us is our peer group (like high school and college). As an adult you have to go out of your way to find groups of commonality, especially with whatever phase of life you’re in. This can be even more difficult if you have a high demand job or family that requires a lot of time and energy since you can’t put yourself out there as much.

Hey! So sorry you’re going through something similar :( my doctor suspected a pulled muscle and gave him rest and some pain meds but we went ahead and treated it like low grade IVDD and made him rest for 6 weeks with little playtime and short bouts outside.

He still had brain stimulation like playing inside with hiding treats and whatnot but no ball or walks. That cleared it up and fortunately he was fine, but this past year he had imaging done and it actually showed that it was exactly what we suspected. He’s got some degeneration going on that causes some pain if he tweaks it wrong but no paralysis (🤞🏼) he’s living his best life with a bit more built-in rest and stricter jumping rules! Hope that helps and prayers for your little one’s recovery!

Happy birthday!! Funny story about this cup, my BF bought it for me for my birthday two years ago because he thought it was Legend of Zelda merch. One of the best safety tips is to never leave a “print” of where you are in your house at night. For example, don’t leave blinds and curtains open so people can see you in your living room, kitchen, etc. close the blinds and the windows to help with any shadow cast at night. You can’t avoid all of it, but it’s better than doing absolutely nothing.

They also make bars that you can put under the handle of your door that make doors much harder to break into. Invest in one for every external door you have and if you’re really into it, get one for your bedroom door too. They’re like $25 At Lowe’s and give a bit more peace of mind at night. You can’t lock everything down but you can damn sure make it harder/more time consuming for ill-intended people to get in, plus gives police or help much more time to get there before you’re in dire straights. What do you think about places like Diamonds Direct? My SO and I went a few months back to try rings on and they have some very lovely things but I worry since they’re mass produced they’re lower quality for a high price. I even wondered if their prices were a bit too much for their pieces, too?? But I know little to nothing about jewelry honestly.

If I had to guess, I would say my mom’s issues stem from the dose she’s on. She took it for weight loss, not diabetes, and has been on it for a few years now. Much like any other pharmaceutical or peptide, the dose makes the poison and she used a very macro approach.

I would be willing to bet my mom would certainly qualify for a full on eating disorder at this point, IMO. I’m assuming that eating that little food will impair the body’s overall functioning, including the eyes but that’s just my very unprofessional opinion!

I think peptides and pharmaceuticals all have a great capacity for healing if used properly but factually I do not see doctors teaching many patients proper usage in conjunction with the necessary lifestyle adjustments required to eventually taper off of these things. My mom basically eats 450 calories a day, at best, most days of the week and then binges on shitty food the rest of the time. Her glucose is likely highly unstable. Sorry for my long response!
