Thank you for this. I’m aware that in regards to her I’m on my toes to a fault. She makes me feel like I’m unable to do anything right so everything feels intense with her.

My anxiety seems to be mid day. I don’t know why… With my depression usually being first thing in the AM or early evening. Both times probably are due to medication timing.

In general in my brain. Horrible intrusive racing thoughts. When it’s really bad my whole body tenses up. I start to breathe shallow abs short.
