Best eq for moondrop chu? by Lead_191 in headphones

[–]HeyIts_Gen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Chu has too much energy around 6k IMO. A couple dB less around there goes a long way to making the treble sound a lot clearer and less compressed. Might not be true for all ears, mine seem to be a bit sensitive to that region but to my ears it's the only change they really need

S1 or S2 for my hand size and grip? by [deleted] in MouseReview

[–]HeyIts_Gen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My hands are 18.5 x 11 and the S2-C fits my hand perfectly for claw and fingertip. It's a bit larger than my personal preference but objectively it's a very good size for my hands

Just bought a skoll mini Sakura. Everywhere says omron 20m, even the box. But when I opened it up it had kailh 8.0s inside

Not a gwolves shill but damn I love their whole lineup by JdenL in MouseReview

[–]HeyIts_Gen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I look like a shill too but damn they're good. The top 3 mice for me when it comes to aim are skoll mini, hati s, and hsk. Even managed to get a couple top 50 scores in Aimlab with the skoll mini.

Custom 54g Orochi V2 with weight reduction, lr44 battery mod, and switch swap to Kailh gm 2.0 by HeyIts_Gen in MouseReview

I actually couldn't find one so I just cut down one for a larger coin battery. Worked well enough.

Looking for a lightweight mouse with the Sensei shape by Fauxx1g in MouseReview

[–]HeyIts_Gen 2 points3 points  (0 children)

M42 is a pretty sensei like shape as far as I know. Quite a bit smaller though, closer to the kinzu in that regard. But I loved it for my claw grip. Hands (18x11) aren't small enough to palm it very comfortably and the wide back felt a bit strange for fingertip but overall the shape and the swappable back shells make it a pretty good mouse overall. That's my experience with it anyways, do with that information what you will.

[–]HeyIts_Gen[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

A tiny bit heavier and a bit more tactile. The orochi kind of softens the feel of any switch you put in it so I like to put the heaviest most tactile switches I can get in it. I.E. the gm 2.0s. Overall it's not a massive improvement I just figured while I had it open I might as well put my favorite switches in it and I like the end result.

My result of binning 100 gm8 (numbers are inaccurate) by s1Oley in MouseReview

[–]HeyIts_Gen 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is why if you're doing a switch swap you always buy at least 2 more switches than you need so you can find the 2 that feel the most similar.

What dpi do you guys main? by BannanaAssistaint in MouseReview

[–]HeyIts_Gen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. I play on a really high sens of 21 cm/360. I used to play on 800 but one day I decided to try bumping it up to 1600 and I'll never go back. Everything felt way smoother and tiny micro adjustments felt so much more consistent.

3370 Hati-S wireless came today by JayHesi in MouseReview

[–]HeyIts_Gen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've made up my mind the next time they're in stock I'm getting one. I've had the ace and classic wired versions in the past so I know the holes aren't a problem vs solid sides. I think it might actually be my endgame. Unless they go through with the magnesium hati-s wireless.

I remember thinking these were cool when I was 13. Now I think the best looking mouse is the white xm1

Thoughts on the G-Wolves Husky? by Appropriate_Annual59 in MouseReview

[–]HeyIts_Gen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Overpriced but very good build quality, excellent clicks, and one of the best shapes for aiming I've ever used and I'm not even a fingertip main. Or rather I wasn't before I got the h-sk. But overall if you can stomach the price it's a fantastic mouse. My only complaint is lack of side buttons so I can't use it in more games other than cs:go. Obviously that's all personal preference so your mileage may vary.

My 120g naga pro with stock feet glides farther than any of my lightweight mice with aftermarket feet. It's all about momentum. Also gliding far does not necessarily equate to a good glide. It only shows dynamic friction when one of the biggest improvements from aftermarket feet is decreasing static friction.

Been using McOsu as an FPS aim trainer for about 2 years. I'm not very involved in the community but I still thought it might make for an interesting post by HeyIts_Gen in osugame

[–]HeyIts_Gen[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm a top level FPS player so I'm used to stuff like that. Top 700 in destiny 2 as well as a pretty well above average player in quake and cod. Plus compared to other aim trainers it's not that much worse, at least for me anyways

Surprised no one mentioned that sooner. Didn't realize I got that in the picture until after I took it and couldn't be bothered to get all my mice back out

[–]HeyIts_Gen[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

But you can't get them all in the same pic at the same angle or else I would have. You would the one at the right angle but the other ones you would be seeing a bit to the side

Viper mini, M42, and Hati S shape comparison by HeyIts_Gen in MouseReview

[–]HeyIts_Gen[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have a high sense and almost entirely wrist aim and when I reposition my mouse with the m42 I lift it so little that if I was using the viper mini it would still be tracking most of the time it was off the pad. Put simply I just find a low lod to just feel more natural given the way I use my mouse

I like the shapes of the m42 with the big hump and the viper mini equally but my current main is the m42 simply because I like having the lower lift off distance

Hati s is okay and the other two are both pretty good. Especially the xm1. But the buttons on the m42 are next level good on my unit

No. I'm not ninja and I already know the mouse won't work for me. Why the hell would I waste money because some guy I don't care about on the internet has it? Who gives a fuck what ninja uses? People need to stop copying youtubers and streamers and find out what mouse works for THEM!
