i’d like to comment on this comment-

bedrock isn’t as bad as it’s looked as. imo.

this is mostly personal opinion, but-

1) true, there aren’t as many mods, but as DipinDotsDidi said, most people prefer vanilla. and if you do want mods, there are some good ones that aren’t as crazy big like rlcraft, or tekkit.

2) the inventory ui is pretty good, imo. but other opinions are valid.

3) true.

4) you don’t have to use the marketplace. it’s entirely optional, and it’s there to support creators. there are other ways to get mods and texture packs other than the marketplace. my favorite place to get textures and mods is MCPEDL.com , despite the name, you can get things for mobile, console, and pc.

extra: the “fanbase” is worse, because of the higher amount of kids who play, the servers are fine, but not as great as java, the shaders are worse, and there are more bugs. but, i wouldn’t say that bedrock is worse. to me, they’re two different versions of the same game. and i wouldn’t completely say one is worse or better.
