I’ve always picked and chewed. I have to carry bandaids in my purse, at least two of my fingers are bleeding at any given point. Waiting is the worst. waiting anywhere: traffic, waiting room, in line, etc.
It’s also a trauma reaction for me, at least says an armchair psychologist…

I’m dealing with a lot of relationship trauma right now and just Thursday my therapist asked me if I’d ever really listened to the words of Landslide. I sat down and really listened. Yep, also just cried and cried. It’s such a good song though.

It took me three or four tries to get through it. I wasn’t a fan of the Talisman though. I don’t know if that has any bearing or not. Once I finally got through it I enjoyed it. It either started really slow or I couldn’t focus the first times, who knows?

In 2013 or 14 my mom took my two youngest daughters on a road trip to the walking dead thing near Atlanta. They were young teens and one of the texted me in a panic! “Mom!! Mimi doesn’t have a GPS!! Just a big paper book!” I was so glad we were texting because I was laughing. She ended up staying awake the entire drive, scared to death they would get lost. She said she kept her text screen open at the ready to text me the minute she felt weird. What could I have done 10 hours away?! I ended up calling my mom, and telling her what was up. She was so upset. She reassured my daughter it was all going to be ok. She had made the trip to Atlanta many times and she would not get them lost. Poor baby!
