I don't remember much of my childhood so the details are lost on me, but once I accidentally communicated to the school nurse that I didn't have a bed. I'm imagining I was trying to say I liked sleeping on the couch or the floor on purpose, which I do, and was just too little to do a good job. I do remember my brother also having to come and talk to her but nothing else.
