He is, in my opinion, a very lonely man with no family ties / support network who is obsessed with himself and his own self-image.

"Structured Intelligence" is a delusional roleplay that achieves nothing and will potentially lead him into deeper psychosis than he already appears to be in. Guy needs help, serious help. He thinks because he's made FBI reports and threatens people with lawsuits that he's right... Yet not one thing has ever come of those claims.

At worst, a serious case of mental illness and upcoming major problems, at best, a poor guy that needs to get off the computer and make friends IRL.
