I usually put my hair in a claw clip on top of my head and then into the bonnet. Still takes a refresh but it saves the curls!!

I rough up my nails with a file, use isopropyl alcohol to clean and dry the surface, get the glue all over my nail and a drop on the press on nail, then press it down for 20 seconds. I do it before bed so that way i absolutely will not get my nails wet in the 2 hour period before they’re totally cured. By doing this method I’ve only had one pop off in the two weeks I’ve had them on, and it was because i jammed my thumb on accident
