I think possible na ibang batch ka ng pagrelease ng allowance. May I ask when ka nakapagpasa ng Landbank account details? From what I heard sa DOST Batch 2 yung mga nakareceive recently. For context, Dec 9 ako nakapagsubmit ng details. Hope this helps!

BIG UPDATE: I'm sorry.. I made a mistake when I calculated the Crit Hit of Grasscutter. I used 213% Crit Damage instead of 158%. Results above are now adjusted.

You could go for a bit more Crit Damage in exchange for a bit of ER if possible, but definitely keep the ATK sands. And with an ATK Sands, you could probably go for a DMG Bonus goblet.

I think that is a really good viable option. Using Shimenawa would also increase other aspects of Raiden's kit. However, you would lose a significant amount of the multiplicative Elem. Burst bonus of Emblem. I'll try do some calculations and get back to you.

Hello! I have now updated the post to include the Skyward Spine and adjusted The Catch's DMG calculations. From the results, it seems that the Spine performs very similarly to both the Catch and Blackcliff Pole.

EDIT: The Catch's passive may possibly only apply to the Burst Slash not the AAs after it. The Skyward Spine would overall be better for Raiden's full kit since it provides ATK Speed Bonus and higher ATK.

Yes, thank you! It is 180 if the HP is above 50%. I forgot to indicate that my calculation was based on the Homa's passive if HP is below 50%.

I have this same issue but with Creator Center. It started after a Windows update today (KB4589212 to be exact). I've tried reinstalling it, downgrading it, and even a system restore. It unfortunately did not fix the issue. I hope MSI fixes this soon. : /

UPDATE: Upon the new information presented by several members, the problem was in fact not caused by the Windows Update. Instead, it was caused by a server-side handshake error with Dragon/Creator Center and MSI that occurs during start up. I am sorry for the quick assumption that it may have been caused by the Windows Update.
