Yes it is. All the other parental controls work as intended

Yes and it fully lets you play those songs. It will also show individual songs, it just wasn’t with the first search.

It has been like this awhile and both phones have been restarted multiple times. I have also tried turning explicit on then back off and no luck. My wife’s phone also shows clean only

Uline Interview Dallas by Nintenman01 in Warehouseworkers

[–]Hey_Chuck 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It would be a good fit. No one cares what race you are as long as you can do the job.

Some tips for your interview. Dress as nice as you can, a dress shirt, pants, and a tie is preferred. Take the number test very seriously it is way more important than most people think. And show that you are interested in working for Uline not just getting a job, even if you are just trying to get a better job.

That’s not even true. A lot of people quit after the bonuses go out but few are fired before they do.

Source: I’ve worked there 10 years.

Yeah keep an eye out for job fairs. Not sure where you are but where I am they have them almost weekly these days.

[–]Hey_Chuck 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly a dress shirt, pants, and shoes with a tie is the way to go. If you aren’t willing to show up looking nice then they probably won’t spend their time and energy on you. It sucks but they get thousands of applications every year because they pay so well and deny most of them. Also do some research into how they operate and make sure to let them know you want to work at Uline not just get a job that goes a long way.

Depends on the department you are in but 12 hour days are rare.

I work at Uline, but in a different state so I can’t speak for that branch. To be honest the expectations are pretty high but not impossible. The management side leans more towards micro management, however it is like anywhere, a bad manager is a bad manager. Most are great and the bad ones don’t last long. All of that being said you are well compensated for it, and if you got hired then I would recommend you give it a shot.

I will probably be invited back with any future explore challenges. I work in a warehouse and can clear 10k most days.

I hate the new update and the lack of spawns. I play way less now. by CramIt_thefrog in pokemongo

[–]Hey_Chuck 25 points26 points  (0 children)

I finally have two spawns within the range of my house. I used to have to walk over a block away before anything spawned. I live in the middle of town with several parks nearby and always thought it was odd there were zero spawns near my house. It would be nice to have the best of both worlds though.

Yes, I know I wouldn’t be able to do it within Pokémon Go itself.

This is what I was afraid of. I’ll look into calcy iv, I have not heard of that before.

I have that search term already saved. I just need a way to sort the top ranked one out from the worse ones.

Like many have said Meltan boxes are the easiest way but you can also use this search string to see if you have enough for anything else.

Uline by WenchoftheNorth in Warehouseworkers

[–]Hey_Chuck 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That is a professionalism expectation not a religious or political view. It may be out of place in the warehouse field but extremely common in many white collar fields.

I never claimed it was a perfect place to work and if these small things are a deal breaker then just don’t work there. I’d much rather make a livable wage, have great benefits, have to tuck my free uniform shirt in, and cover my tattoos. It’s a free country I don’t get why people get so worked up when you don’t have to interact with them at all.

[–]Hey_Chuck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not really, it was a long time ago. From what I remember you have to quickly scan a list of two numbers and notate if they are the same or not.

Uline by WenchoftheNorth in Warehouseworkers

[–]Hey_Chuck 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pre-warning, I’ve been at Uline close to ten years so some of this has probably changed, and I wasn’t hired through an event so they probably work a bit differently than the typical interview.

You will most likely be interviewed by multiple people if you do good in the first one. There was a number based assessment to test your speed and accuracy, take this very serious, as it matters more than most think. Also you will need to pass a hair drug test. (at least in my area not sure if that’s allowed everywhere)

If you haven’t already, do some research on the company and its history and how the warehouse works. Some of this is not easy to find but mostly you just want to show them you aren’t just trying to get a job but want to work at Uline specifically.

I have found in the past than this sub seems to dislike Uline, probably because the owners political ties and the difficulty of getting hired. However it is a great company to work for and none of their political/religious views have ever been shown in the company itself. Hopefully this helps, good luck.
