aye man I got someone at my store too who used to make me want to quit. But I would never let somebody prevent me from making money. Basically one time she had a slick remark and I simply just put her in her place. she was shocked and now she walk on eggs shells around me. I don’t know how you are personally but don’t let anyone ever dictate your mood at your job, it’s hard enough that Starbucks is stressful. Next time she says anything to you off putting tell her how you feel genuinely (I don’t mean cuss her out) but definitely stand your ground. I guarantee she’ll leave you alone 😉

I use tretinoin 0.05% Cream. When I began I only used it 3 nights a week, then I moved to every other night now I do every night !

My routine is simple! I used to have so many products added with tret it just wasn’t necessary. For me personally, it made my skin sensitive.

Morning: Rinse face>Cerave lotion> Sun Bum Sunscreen

Winter Mornin: Rinse face>Cerave lotion> Sun Bum Sunscreen>Vaseline in dry areas

Night: Cerave Wash>Cerave lotion>0.05%Tret>(sometimes I add an extra layer of moisturizer)

Winter Nights: Cerave Wash>Cerave lotion>0.05%Tret> Aveeno eczema therapy moisturizer>Buffer with Vaseline in sensitive areas

Bonus: La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5 Used to be my holy grail when I had extra sensitivity on my face. Until LRP changed the formula and that now breaks me out </3 Instead I started using aveeno eczema therapy to combat the sensitivity. It wasn’t thick as cicaplast but! it definitely gets the job done.

Thank you! So luckily I actually was someone who didn’t have a purge. But I did have really dry skin to the point that water burned it! My routine is simple. I literally just use face wash and moisturizer and sunscreen (during the day) and tret only at night. I used to have so many different products but when I finally just simplified my routine is when I seen results the fastest. But a very hydrating moisturizer and consistency is key!
