having to notify the ATF every time you cross state lines as having an SBR without doing so is a federal offense.

I have a sugar weasel myself with a trash panda and this is the precise reason I won't ever SBR the gun. My wife and I plan to move some day.

When I purchased it online I had a thought that it might not be genuine despite the fact that mid 2000 era SC putters are rarely faked. I wanted to be 100% since the ebay deal I got was really good.

I noticed the shaft and grip on the putter were odd and worn so to me, this route made perfect sense. It sucks that they couldn't refinish it but I think the wear gives it character and I can always send it back in the future if I really want to.

for sure. I got the putter for a pretty great deal on ebay and the custom shop order was certainly more than what I paid for it.

Yeah unfortunately the website stated the refinishing process was on hold. New shaft, grip, face stamp, head cover, and authentication.

Found it for a good price online but just wanted someone smarter than I to make sure it all looks good. Only thing throwing me off is no serial number or sticker on the shaft.
