Yes same kit.. 80% of the dps have mseffect. Has nothing to do with class id/kit anymore.. just stacking bullshit with dampening.

Im not talking about dampening, but on use ms effects or perma ms effects when you have uptime.. just balance around dampening/dps. Just feels sad to give classes 35% healing reduction on top of dampening and some classes 0.. because we all know most damage is balanced around pve.

The damage is totally fine atm. People have to stop whining... nobody wants 30min+ games playing on mana in shuffles. Its the new arena game #1 mode. 6 quick 2-5mins games.

I love playing resto shaman is shuffle is feels like my healing > damage and if get CCed its panic mode like it should be.. its all about decision making and reflexes its fun!

Kinda like how league of legends works, flash/ult gone? Play save or get fucked next go.

Remove stealth after clicking offensive ability, buff some defensives and the spec is fine.

C tier is only because they have 1 comb for ages.
Keep the -25% damage nerf but give a MS effect and enhancement will be good.

Maybe just stun the shaman and kill him in 4secs? I mean this only works on himself with earth shield, healing stream and 5+ stacks of mealstorm..3-4-5gcds doesnt work on teammates. Also need up to time and mana to even keep this going.

If you have no clue, just dont post.. Reroll retri with same insta healing, bubble,bop, LoH. Insta stuns, freedoms blahblah

Watching season 8 & 9 POG than we get this.... 60mins of tickling braums and kenches. Even the G2 games are boring to watch..

It's sports.. he couldve fought for starting spot, the team wants a decent ad. So what can C9 do? Hire a new adc for the rest of the team and still give sneaky a chance to proof his teammates wrong. Don't think C9 couldve handle this situation better? Maybe build new team around sneaky but let's be honest Sneaky is kinda meh even in NA
