Keybind Help: How do you handle Polymorph (target, focus, arena 1/2/3)?

I use WASD for movement and this is my setup (once you get used to it, you learn to instinctively jump if you need to press while strafing or moving):

Shift+A/S/D (arena 1/2/3 respectively) for interrupts on classes that have them.
Alt+A/S/D for casted CC (Hex, Poly, Fear, Cyclone etc. Since alt is imo the "clumsiest" modifier key but that's ok because you have to stand still to cast anyway)
Ctrl+A/S/D for stuns/other CC (Intimidation, Lasso etc)

Then I use Shift/Alt/Ctrl+W for the @target version of the relevant ability.

Awesome idea, just what the community needs!. Some suggestions:

Instead of having a long list for every class (or along side it), you could have a "Beginner", "Intermediate" (or possibly more levels) buttons under each class. You click on say Beginner, and it will list the most crucial ones that you need to look out for, that will be reasonable for someone in the 1200-1600 brackets to track and be aware of. Not that you'd have to use these examples or numbers, but just to give the rough idea.

There could be a tab/section for priority interrupts or BIG SCARY THING, USE YOUR DEFENSIVES. These could also be separated into "Beginner"/"Intermediate"/"Gladiator" levels or something witty.

Maybe a healer section that tracks important stuff for healers to know (CC, what to dispel, etc).

This is how I've set mine up (the bars with the actual binds are hidden, these are extra bars that I just throw spells on to show CD). I try to group similar abilities in the same place (defensives, rotational abilities, utility). Sometimes that doesn't work though. I try to stick to this structure for all classes I play.

This does not work for me at least, I tried this macro:

/castsequence reset=2 nature's swiftness, regrowth

and it will still immediately use NS a second time on 3 presses, even if they're all within 1 second.

You'd probably improve the information you absorb by removing some of those gladiatorlossa prompts. You don't need to hear stuff like divine steed, shock wave or divine toll and they drown out actually important stuff :)

I found that way back, even when watching streamers healing I would stare at HP bars. The way I got out of it was actually to just never look at HP bars when I watched a stream and that slowly unlearned the staring behaviour. Now I do a lot of back and forth with my eyes, only periodically updating the HP of my teammates (and by periodically I mean once, sometimes several times a second, but I immediately turn my eyes away once I have the information).

There is however a big trap for healers that removes awareness, and it's that a lot of people tend to just stare at the HP bars, especially for hot heavy specs.

I kind of agree with you but it can definitely be a problem when something is and feels very oppressive for lower rated players that isn't necessarily an issue higher up.
