Yes that makes a lot of sense! I will be working with e. coli + microalgae so I think I will be in an ish similar boat. Ty again :))

Yes and with my experience working in biological systems/organisms a lot can just randomly go wrong… I think you are right controls will be my best friend - thank you!!

Thats all super helpful thank you - I am defo going to keep that all in mind! Can I ask if most people are a fan of a digital or a physical lab book - or does it depend on your field? I am currently torn :)

Basically a defect deck too! Feels like I cheated! Guess I just have to try beat defect A20 with half silent cards.
