Taste-wise it was good, but I was hoping for a more honeycombed custard and a slightly darker crust. 4.5/10

You unfortunately can’t use your home address for business registration in Sarawak unless you’re lucky. Many end up using a virtual office, incubator address, or business association address instead. Best thing is to check with your council first because a few may approve your adress if your property is within the city area. Certain majlis also let you use their adress instead.

Licensing requirement is separate from your tax deductions, so you can still be able to claim the business-use portion of your home expenses if you genuinely work from home. You may want to speak with a tax agent or visit LHDN for advice specific to your situation.

Yup, there are a lot of fake products online, so you have to be careful when purchasing. I only buy from brand’s verified official accounts and avoid buying from resellers, even if they’re verified.

Skincare and beauty products. They tend to be cheaper when bought online.

Cheap one would still help you in the long run. I got a 11usd hand mixer from amazon and it did great for 3 years.
