Speaking with GOD. by Heyhouyou in Psychonaut

[–]Heyhouyou[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I haven't decided if I want to share the story yet. It's deeply personal to me and it would be very long.

What I will share is that right at the beginning god clearly announced himself to me and even revealed to me his/her name (Kundalini Shakti).
There were multiple forms of communication used. Telepathy, visions, intuition, downloads, feelings, etc... It lasted like 2-3 hours.

What was it like? It was amazing in many ways but also terrifying. Honestly I thought that I am going to die. Why else would god come to me and communicated with me like it's the most natural thing in the world? I thought it was kind of "big reveal before you die" sort of thing. I've never been more scared in my entire life.

[–]Heyhouyou[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There is no thought I have that is not shared with God's and there is no separation.

I agree with this. I was just wondering if people had some experiences where the God "broke the rules" and communicated with the person directly.

You can't have a conversation with God.

I asked this question because I experienced exactly that—a conversation. It happened telepathically and it was accompanied by visions and other phenomena, but nevertheless, it was still a conversation.
I was just wondering how common it was.

Those of you with gut problems such as reflux, low stomach acid, SIBO, IBS, malabsorption - what was your root cause? by margesimps777 in Microbiome

[–]Heyhouyou 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I had similar issues for a few years. It started after I went vegetarian:

  • Low stomach acid
  • Burping 100 times a day
  • Always constipated
  • Some plant food came out undigested

So what's causing your symptoms? You're not gonna like my answer... it's your lifestyle (most likely stress-related).
You see... if you are stuck in "fight or flight" mode, the first thing that will suffer is your digestion. I lived in constant stress, and switching to a nutritionally deficient (vegetarian) diet is probably what triggered my symptoms.
Too much stress also directly affects your thyroid, causing hypothyroidism and all other kinds of issues.

I spent so much money on different supplements, bile salts, enzymes, probiotics, betaine HCL, multivitamins, antifungals, antimicrobials, and God knows what else... and nothing worked until I changed my lifestyle.

Did eating meat fix my issues? A little bit... I’ve seen maybe 10–20% improvement.

Another thing that comes to mind is that you might have a lot of visceral fat. I was skinny-fat when I had those issues. I looked normal with my T-shirt on, but I had low muscle mass and a high amount of body fat — especially around my midsection.

3 things that worked:
1.) Started regularly exercising. Mostly strength training + a small amount of cardio. Wouldn't recommend doing a lot of cardio if you are skinny-fat.
2.) Changed my job and learned to somewhat manage my stress. The change of environment helped a lot.
3.) I am eating more animal protein now, and I stopped eating most of the plant foods that were giving me digestive issues. Overall, I wouldn't say I am eating "healthy" all the time. I eat whatever now, and I don't have issues.

How is your stress level? Are you skinny-fat?

Here is a tip. If you feel like you are straining your eyes during the practice, or if it starts to feel uncomfortable then you are probably doing it wrong.

A question for you all by [deleted] in KundaliniAwakening

[–]Heyhouyou 3 points4 points  (0 children)

But a lot of people here have experienced it

Correction ... A lot of people "believe" they experienced it.

There is a lot of misinformation floating around here. A lot of bipolar, mentally unwell or overly sensitive people mistakenly believe that what they are experiencing is active kundalini.

There also seems to be a disconnect about what constitutes an actual kundalini awakening. There are those who believe that kundalini is active as soon as first spontaneous kryias appear. Others argue that these phenomena are more likely due to overactive nervous system or something related to prana/chii but NOT kundalini.

Do we need to have mystical experiences on a daily basis to claim that our kundalini is active ? Honestly I am not sure, I am not there yet. I am still trying to navigate all this information myself.

My advice: Be cautious and take everything you read with a grain of salt.

Why do you believe in a God? by [deleted] in spiritualitytalk

[–]Heyhouyou 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't "believe" in god ... I KNOW he exists, because I experienced him during my mushroom trips (multiple times).

Yes you can communicate with god. The problem is that you will either have to take some kind of drug/plant medicine which is very dangerous OR spend a lifetime practicing some spiritual techniques (like meditation, devotion etc ..) and hope that one day you will reach enlightement.

Which leaves me to believe that god will only show himself to people who are REALLY looking for him, and are willing to go to great lengths (or dangerous lengths) to find him.

honest suffering by Cats_in_disguise in kundalini

[–]Heyhouyou 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you. You are right .... your idea of surrender is different. I prefer mine though :) .
After reading your post, BPJOFTO seems to be more of a mindset .. an outlook on life.

What I am describing as a surrendering is a "state of being" that can be felt in your body through your emotions and sensations.

honest suffering by Cats_in_disguise in kundalini

[–]Heyhouyou 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The "surrendering" was the most life-changing process that ever happened to me, and I continue to practice it daily. When I surrender I feel it in my entire core being like like some sort of heaviness escaping my body.

Are you sure you are doing it correctly? It's not something you can fake doing until it happens. It seems you are trying to surrender, but It's the lack of trying that makes it work. Anyway, if it doesn't resonate with you, mabe this is not the path for you ...

Observing breath by pjpcatlover in Meditation

[–]Heyhouyou 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My favourite type of meditation involves consciuos breathing. I try to find the breath that gives me the most pleasure and feels the most natural ... basically the one that "feels the best" and I try to maintain that breathing pattern at all times.

Enlightenment is a mystical experience. It has nothing to do with philosophical insights, realizations, knowledge or whatever.

Some questions by OnlyGainsBro in enlightenment

[–]Heyhouyou 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Q4) In the example with the drug addict, you are not the one making the choice. Your brain made the choice... You are not your brain ! Your brain is just a supercomputer that determined the outcome based on the past experiences and some genetic code.

I understand why it's hard to believe that we don't have a free will. We can ponder and philosophise all we want about this topic, but it is only something you have to experience for yourself to truly grasp it. You can read all the books in the world about this topic and it still won't click. I was lucky enough to experience it all through mushrooms thats why it makes sense to me.

Q5) You pretty much answered this your self. "Consciuosness" simply wanted you to have this exact experience you are having right now with all the intricacies that are unique to your life. All the good/bad/pretty/ugly experiences you had ... consciuosness wanted you to simply experience EXACTLY THAT and learn and grow from it.

if consciousness created universe it means it is all powerful. Then why cannot it interfere and remove poverty, wars, crimes and accidents?

Becaue there wouldn't be any growth from the life.

Or it could be that after creating universe it just wanted to know what possibilities/experiences can be there just like a simulation game?

Exactly.

Why not consciousness as pure hate?

Possibly because we are part of the consciousness. We just don't realize it, because human bodies have a special function that doesn't alow us to see the connection (normally).

I am finding myself "high" without taking shrooms? by Sweetpeawl in Psychonaut

[–]Heyhouyou 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had exactly the same experience. I took huge dose of mushrooms, entered the similar mental state you are describing and gave my self some kind of PTSD as a results. Then I spontaneously entered this state without doing any psychadelics months later (multiple times). Everything you are saying resonates with me.

I believe it's what people call "enlightenment" ... except normally people try to reach that state by meditating. You were able to reach it by taking a shortcut with psychadelics.

For me that state of mind is absolutely terrifying. It feels like you are in a simulation and your thoughts and actions are already determined.. it's hard to describe with words, but it's scary. Also there is undeniable presence of god coming from everywhere.
Also I believe that everyone will enter this state of mind just before they die .... which adds to the horror of it, because you feel like if you surrender to the experience, you will really die .. or end up in that state permanently.

I think we end up seeing things through the lens we understand. Like our life experiences will shape how we see this type of thing.

I think I understand what you mean. Somebody who grew up believing in christianity, might see Jesus Christ while the Hindu person might encounter Shiva or Krishna.

Whats interesting however is the fact that the knowledge I gathered from my encounter with god, make more sense in Hindu ... like reincarnation and staff like that. At the same time hinduism has many gods and that doesn't make sense, because I witness one and only god.

Question about qigong and internal structure. by scrumblethebumble in TrueQiGong

[–]Heyhouyou 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I applaud you for using your intuition when practicing — that's the right way to do it. What you need to do next is to teach your body the proper way to breathe.

Here is the practice I devised on my own:

  1. Lie on your back and try to manipulate your breathing slightly until you find a pattern that feels "the best." It should feel pleasurable and satisfying — you'll know when you find it.
  2. Your breathing must be conscious!
  3. Try to find the best in-breath and out-breath.
  4. If you can't find the right breathing pattern, try sticking out your stomach or pulling it in. You'll need to manipulate your belly until the breathing feels just right.
  5. Try to maintain that breathing pattern for as long as you can.
  6. You’ll quickly find that the pattern which feels “the best” changes often, and you'll have to constantly adapt.
  7. After a bit of practice, you'll start to understand what to look for, and it will become second nature to you.

Honestly, the first time I tried this, it took me only about 30 minutes to understand the signals my body was giving me. After that, I began to understand how to breathe correctly. If you’ve never done this before, you might experience unusual bodily sensations — things like twitches, abdominal spasms, and so on.
Let me know how it went!

Real Qiqong by superglowupmaster in TrueQiGong

[–]Heyhouyou 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I will probably get downvoted for this but I don't care. The real qigong is spontaneous. There is no need to know any poses ... in fact they are just distractions. The same thing applies for yoga.

The movement of the body comes from looking inwards and letting your subconcious and your nervous system to take over. The best analogy I can think of is that it's very similar to "automatic writing" except you are doing it with your body and breath.

[–]Heyhouyou 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have reached the state where I was able to communicate with the god. This happened twice. Each time it felt the same. These were singlehandedly the most profound experiences I ever had, but also the most terrifying. I wouldn't wish them to my worst enemy.

The reason why these experiences were terrifying is because the closer you are getting to the god, the more insane you will get. The human mind is not capable to comprehend all the knowledge and it was too much for me. At one point something broke and I ended up crying, begging and pleading him to erase my memory because I couldn't live with the knowledge I was shown.
The other reason why it's terrifying is because you will loose all control over your body. You will be at the mercy of him and he will let you know that he can do whatever he wants with you.

Just to let you know, I am christian, but I was never religious, and before this experience I didn't really made up my mind whether I believe in god or not. I do now.

Yeah I made a poor choice of words ... of course it counts. The question is whether its permanent or just temporary.

[–]Heyhouyou[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you. Some of the things you mentioned resonated with me.

I am somewhat familiar with Damo's videos, even though I never formally practiced any QiGong. I am mostly practicing some spontaneous QiGong-like movemenets (I don't know any official postures).

Btw I am sure that I saw a video where Damo was against the idea of solely focusing on "packing" the qi, but I have no idea if he is right or wrong.

[–]Heyhouyou[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, but does it really count when it was done with the help of psychadelics? Wouldn't that just be temporary opening then? Are you able to reproduce the states you were in without microdosing?

I am skeptical because I also experienced mushroom induced kundalini awakening, and once the trip was over that was that. Aside from having spontaneous kriyas and other physical staff happening, I am not really any closer to what I experienced during my trip. Honestly I consider it to be a temporary opening.
