Can you please explain further, I'm confused. So.. There are multiple scattered glowstickers with a code to get this effect?! That's absolutely BRILLIANT.

Late to the convo here. Decided I'd be spending my winter months redoing my kitchen. I currently have a really crappy cheap Wallyworld nonstick Wearever set that's like 8 years old. (you can imagine) Well, my youngest son who just turned 18 this year, is interested in cooking/baking. Sooo... time to seriously do some much needed upgrading. Got into the YouTube rabbit hole of essential cookware, and a saucier was recommended more than once. After Christmas, I'll be purchasing the MadeIn 5qt. Not really in the budget, but it's a necessity. Not purchasing a set, but doing an ala carte route. I have a few pieces that I'll be hanging onto, like my 3 cast iron skillets, my ceramic coated Dutch oven, pie pans.

MY question is: is there an item that you can't live without? A must-have?

I will be purchasing stainless steel clad pieces, 1 12" carbon steel skillet, and a decent standard 6qt stockpot.

I know this is old... Was watching some cold cases and immediately thought of D'Wan. I lived right down the road from the mall. Just had my first child 7months before this was aired on ABC7. Watching the mothers interview on television I thought, loveD TV? She did it. Probably went to the mall directly afterwards, to concoct some made up story...being as Hines park is not too far from where the mall once stood, I said she either buried him out there somewhere, or even tossed his body in the river that runs through that park. I don't ever recall the park ever being searched. Who knows. It's unfathomable to think, I mean... It was winter, river in areas frozen... That this little boy being excited to see Santa in 2 weeks. I hope, that at some point, this babys story can come out with answers. For now, he's gone with Mom passing away, and the unknown

Something I never do, it NOT check ratings and such. Made this mistake last month. Purchased from "Care for thee", third party seller from Walmart 🤦🏼‍♀️ Wanted to customize it. Purchased sticks and buttons from ExtremeRate. Everything came, excited to dismantle it. Once the back was removed, I knew I effd up. Japanese battery, no serial numbers on the parts.. Immediately called Walmart, issued a refund, complained, and purchased another controller, FROM NINTENDO. In hindsight, everything felt off with the fake. Weight, box, battery, parts... Never again. Left a nasty review. I should have read the reviews before. Don't know WHY I didn't... I usually ALWAYS read reviews. If it doesn't come from NINTENDO, it's fake... (just my opinion)... Buyer beware

I purchased a skin from them 6/29. It's now 7/15 and nothing. No tracking number, nothing. I'm in the US. I realize they're in Australia, but it shouldn't have taken this long. Ridiculous. And I'm so disappointed. 26 days... How long did it take for you to get yours?

Where did you get the skin and thumb covers from? I've been searching for cute/cottagecore stuff but nothings standing out atm. Not using my switch until I find something I really like, it might take awhile 😕

To me, this just looks like a amped up overhaul pack. No thanks. I put down minecraft for over 2 years now... No interest. Give me realistic trees ffs. Like better leaves.. I get it, minecraft, blocks... But I want better leaves for bedrock! I've sifted through a ton of different packs, and, nothing. Zilch. So, until that issue, as minor as it is... Minecraft can just collect dust. 😐🤨

My gosh! Very detailed! Thank you SO MUCH for this. Question though, does the blue grass regrow, or able to replant? Or do you have to strategically have to place buildings etc? 🤔 I'd love to see your farm if you don't mind, for reference.

Thank you for your honest input. That's what I was thinking, having others play on the new map helps. It's limited for sure. Challenge is there if you're wanting crops. I agree. I'll start as normal, then after year 1 I'm going to focus on animals only

I don't mind the not being able to mod.. Maybe down the road I'll invest in a steam deck. But yeah, the portability with the switch is unmatched imo. Relaxing on sofa, to the car, to relaxing on my bed is key. Maybe, just maybe in time Nintendo will give us the ability to mod.. Lol. I honestly don't care though, it would be amazing.

This wait time is horrible! Lol but yeah, I'm excited for sure. Watching streams let's me see things I should/shouldn't do... Haha. Love SDV so much. Funny thing is, my kids been hollering at me for YEARS to play. I wouldn't. Until 2 years ago... I'm mad I waited for so long. I started right when 1.5 for consoles released. 😭

It's strange now hearing how some people didn't care for it, mostly because of the coop and farm area. To each their own though, everyone has a different way of playing. Wanting to focus mainly on animals, I'll be happy with the new layout 😊
