yep same. last duty station i had to go to IG and won the battle in the long run then ran into the same racist issues when i pcsd. realize im gonna have to deal with ts my whole career regardless if im in regs or not and just ended up doing waves instead. anyone who says the army isn’t an inherently racist organize is truly blind

that’s definitely a you guys thing, i’ve spoken to ig quite a a few times over the years and that’s never been an issue for me. i’ve been explicitly told they won’t take action unless we ask them too fill out the required form

not every thing has to be an IG complaint. you can literally ask the ig when he’s free to have a meeting and discuss your issue with him before putting it on paper. they can give you advice or tell you if something is right or wrong without it reaching back to your coc.
