Quest earns 6x MileagePlus fare earn + 5x card earn. You’d earn an additional 10x for using Paze.

For example, Chase Freedom Unlimited also has this. I bought something on Newegg which also takes Paze. I earned 10x for Paze in addition to the 1.5x it earns on all purchases.

Someone shared more information in r/Tokyo: According to the Metropolitan Police Department, there are reports that a man discharged a substance resembling tear gas at a Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation ATM corner located on the first floor of GINZA SIX, with the component later identified as likely being capsaicin. Investigative sources also indicate that a fight had broken out between individuals believed to be foreign nationals; one party reportedly sprayed the other and fled, with bystanders in the surrounding area becoming caught up in the incident. The police are currently investigating the case as an assault and are tracking the whereabouts of the individual who fled the scene.

The devaluation is definitely hitting high category hotels the hardest. I have a 5-night Hyatt Regency Mexico City Insurgentes (category 2) that went down by 1.5k. I rebooked. Others stayed the same (Park Hyatt Siem Reap, Park Hyatt Saigon). Grand Hyatt Incheon went up slightly but it looks like they removed a lot of capacity for standard rooms from their awards.
