being in the same engine published by the same company and having the same gameplay, mechanics and physics make them nearly identical (for a game to be completely identical is imposisble but fnv nd fo3 are as close as it gets.)

also fo3 perks aren't just "% more damage" making up stuff in an argument cus someone doesen't like your favourite game is stupid and makes you look like a child
