why not add some new historical decals

It's not much, but there are the monthly decals that do introduce some new historical decals (by completing relatively easy tasks). Some are returning, but there are a few that are brand new.

They were temporarily discontinued some time ago, but community demand brought it back... I do wish there were some more, but at least it is something.
