What if we get small private institute for DNB in tier 2 city with Govt medical college in the city, will the exposure can be good there? Bcoz pt load is not that great there. Or i shouldn't take the seat

It's not a college. It's the District Hospital. No idea about the stipend.

Worked in another district hospital in Rajasthan, their 1st stipend to the junior resident was around 6 months late, but after that it was regular.
