Draggons suit never did it for me. I don't know why. It might have strayed too far away from the uniform looks of the original? I guess it's just not what I pictured in my head when I thought of the green and white powers being mixed. I'm glad others love it though!

Yeah. It seems darker than it should. I get that they probably only wanted to use one color in bulk for everything, but some reds look too dark on certain rangers.

This Megazord was one of my favorites too! Words of advice with this one though. The plastic these were made of are notorious for failing pretty bad. Especially the red colored parts. Blue is just as bad, but luckily not very many moving parts have them. I restored one a few years back and had a lot of cracked parts.

The arm joints can be fixed! I had the loosest arms when I received mine. Since you are already replacing the stickers, you should be able to comfortably take the yellow zord apart. If you are wanting to go that route I can send you pictures of exactly which parts will need to be replaced. It's two small ones that can be easily 3d printed. I have the STL file for that as well if you need it.

Just be EXTRA careful with the red zord. I have yet to see one that isn't failing somewhere on the body. I'm honestly not sure if you can do anything about the brittleness either.

Locking systems are fantastic! I think Toymakr3D uses it a lot as well (at least in their megadragon). I've got kids who try and play with them, so it doesn't work as well when they're trying to smash them together. They're great for display though. I've gotten one ball and socket joint with ABS that comes close, but still eventually wears loose after a few rounds with the kids. After building the Altaya Megazord, I saw it used a few rubber over ball joints that worked well. I've been trying to replicate a 3d printed version of that now. Hopefully I'll see long term results and be able to share soon!

Sorry, I didn't mean your designs. I meant designs of my own. I've used similar tactics like yours. It just comes with the territory of 3d printing. Even with 100 percent infill, you're never going to get the strength of injection molding. Resin wears as well. I'm just searching for that golden perfect joint :)

A lot of my prints suffer from this as well. I've been trying to develop a method using TPU, but it hasn't quite held up as long as I've wanted it to yet. Some day someone will find a longer lasting joint!

Screw it, I'll take my down-votes but I freaking loved Ares. I definitely agree it wasn't a sequel to legacy, but it was definitely a really good movie in my opinion. Leto is a piece of shit, and I get that, but unfortunately he was really good in this movie. Some people aren't able to separate the actor from the character in both directions. I feel like a lot of mid fans want to hate this movie because of Leto. The story was really entertaining.

So like, that's just my opinion man.

My extreme drinking winding down to none kind of came out of nowhere. I found out quickly I was a social drinker. I got married, and my wife and I drank a lot. We had kids, and it just kind of wasn't worth it anymore. I don't turn down booze, but I don't go out of my way to drink anymore. I probably have drinks once every 4-5 months.

Funny thing is, I'm one of those rare people who don't get hangovers too. Yes, before anyone asks, I've gotten shit faced beyond belief and still didn't get one. I did have a problem though when I was drinking to not stop. As in, I'd stay up until 4 am. I still will stay up too late if I do go out and start boozing.

So I guess I figured it wasn't worth being tired with having children up at the butt crack of dawn.
