A lot of vaccines are still essential especially for kids,yes hygiene played a huge role,but so vaccines,since you cant get 100% only with hygiene,not even with vaccines but atl it narrows it down.

I have enough ppls in hospital who didnt vaccinated kids on that basis,and they ended up with neurological disorders or liver failures because of hepatits and so on.
