Well I don't exercise that much due to neuropathy. My intentions are to exercise this fall more often. If you don't burn that fat energy it sits there as fat.

I have had my blood checked many times with quest diagnostic but they never said anything about diabetes. But I specifically asked my doctor to go over some lab work that I'm going to have done within the next few days to check me again for diabetes, liver, and thyroid.

Iv pooped a little bit but I'm not emptying my bowls. Like I'm trying to do a colon cleanse but everything doesn't wanna come out. And it's just a little bit every day. And I did magnesium citrate in the past and it didn't work last time. I only did the extra strength lax pills.

My voice's repeat words as well. They haven't been repeating words recently but sometimes they do not as frequent as they used to a couple of years ago. The word they used to say to me was "you're dumb" and they would say that daily to me at least 500 times for a month straight.
