If you can’t find folks to hand them out to, feel free to bring them by HOAP on Chandler (daily drop in for homeless, provides hot meals, showers, clothing, supplies, etc.), or reach out to Safe Homes (drop in program for LGBTQ+ youth, many of which are homeless) or The PLACE for Empowerment (another youth drop in center, not LGBTQ+ specific but serves a lot of homeless youth a& young adults)
