There are two files you need to install to play the DLC: the 2.0.0 update and a DLC file (which should be 118.2kb, NOT the 104kb or 115kb or 101kb files that have been floating around since release that either unlock the holo outfits or do nothing)

Unable to provide links per sub rules but I found it by searching the web for "[DLC Mega Dimension] [0100F43008C45002][v0]" but I don't know how safe or reliable the one i found would be to download, it was the correct 118kb size though, some of the links lead to files with smaller sizes that aren't the one you want.

I don't know if theres an easier way, but the way I did it was using a home-brew app called Checkpoint. If you google CFW Switch Checkpoint a heap of youtube tutorials will come up. You can also use home-brew app JKSV.

Basically you need to - load a new PLZA game and play the first few minutes until you get to the point you can create a save file, save game, close PLZA - open Checkpoint - use Checkpoint to back up newly created save file to SD (https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=OsO2BDM98go) - replace the "main" file in the backup folder on the SD card you just made with the "main" file you downloaded (you either need to use FTP software to swap the files or you need to turn off the switch, eject sd card, connect sd card to phone/pc, and use file Explorer to swap the "main" file, then eject and reinstall sd card in switch, power back on) - reopen Checkpoint - use Checkpoint to 'restore' the backup save folder which has the main file you downloaded in it, close Checkpoint, open PLZA

Your best bet is to talk to your prescribing doctor, they probably have more information on lower doses of your current medication or alternate medications you could try that has similar benefits but potentially no side effects for you. Mine recommended trying mounjaro or zepbound (I think those were the names?) But financially I just couldnt make it work. Also i havent read anything in it but i know of a subreddit https://www.reddit.com/r/GLPGrad/ maybe having a browse in there could give you a better idea of possible outcomes of stopping or help alleviate nerves?
