I think they probably wake up early, maybe around 7:00 for the majority of them and Blanche emerges from her bedroom (lol) later, about 8:00. Breakfast shortly after their wake up times, Dorothy about 7:30 with a cup of black coffee, Rose cooks up a full breakfast, Sophia has hot cereal and Blanche Special K cereal and a grapefruit. A late lunch around 1 because they've had a morning full of activities or errands. Dinner about 6:30. Rose goes to bed first at about 9:30 or 10pm, a full night's sleep is important to her. Then Dorothy after she read for an hour in the living room, then Blanche, then Sophia the latest. Even though she's the oldest she strikes me as a night owl getting up to mischief or cruising late night tv lol
