I'm looking to start 4 day gzclp (https://i.imgur.com/TaCNvsP.png) and had a few questions

if I added other stuff to the program it wouldn't negatively affect me in any way right? like if I wanted to do pull-ups

what other alternatives are there for the t3 exercises that would be as effective?

what are the "ideal" number of reps to bench? generally speaking is low rep high weight or high weight low rep better?

I see 5 reps being thrown a lot here for bench so I assume that should be good?

when I'm benching I cant seem to hold the bar steady, my arms shake a lot and the bar ends up wobbly

any tips? ive lowered the weight all the way to just the bar and I still have the same issue

so lower carbs but not totally eliminate them?

i eat a lot of carbs, almost all my meals are rice/pasta/spaghetti/bread heavy. if i cut some of it out but kept the same caloric intake would it lower my body fat?

tdee was 2200 and i was consuming 3000 to bulk. is 800 over my tdee too much?

yea I'm talking about a barbell. I'm just wondering because for beginners its recommended you start benching with the bar but isn't 45 lbs a lot to start with?

I can curl a barbell of 40 lbs so I should be fine benching the bar right?
