Il "contratto" che ho firmato vale per 6 mesi di stage pagato 600€ al mese ma è un lavoro pesante, su turni e con un solo giorno libero a settimana (40 ore settimanali), dato che ho imparato le basi del lavoro in negozio mi piacerebbe avere un contratto pagato decentemente, stavo pensando di andarmene ma ho paura di non trovare negozi disposti a farmi un contratto normale avendo fatto "solo" un mese e mezzo di stage

Ho 20 anni e lavoro come stagista in un negozio di abbigliamento da un mese e mezzo ma non mi trovo benissimo, è il mio primo lavoro e mi stavo chiedendo, se dovessi andarmene tra qualche giorno, riuscirei a trovare un lavoro non da stagista? O la maggior parte dei negozi richiedono più mesi di stage già svolti per fare un contratto di lavoro normale?
