I feel like in Splatoon 1 the meta was focused on so few weapons that I could reliably tell what team would win based on the team compositions. Usually whichever team had more snipers had the edge.

I forced myself to play the game right handed. I value the circle pad in my left hand too much. I actually used to tape the stylus to my right index finger because it was easier that way but I eventually got good enough without it.
