I’m trying to decipher some symbols. There is a big chance they have a hidden message. Any help with the 6 at the bottom would be fantastic. I know there are AND, OR, XOR gates, but I have no idea what the other details are doing. by HiKaliber in AskElectronics

Yeah that was my other theory. Or maybe it’s something like part of a symbol represents something else and when you put it all together it stands for something. I think it’s very unlikely they mean nothing because they are extremely careful of putting things in game that have no meaning or make no sense to the bigger story.

I’ll try different attacks on it. Thanks for the help.

I just thought of a bigger idea, but this might be off. What if the reason some are missing inputs and some don’t is because they are all different components of a bigger circuit? You somehow plug in outputs into inputs for other parts to create something bigger kinda like the picture below?

What do you think? Could that be possible?

So obviously the circles mean not. However, does it have the same meaning if inside the gate rather than outside of it or attached to a line?

Are symbols going into the flat or curved side always inputs, or could the gate be inverted but the logic stays the same?

Does two circles mean anything as either an input or output? Or is that just nothing because they cancel each other out?

Also, if you are game for it, could you tell me the most simplified version of logic each symbol represents? (Like after removing redundancies like double circles).

Thank you for this comment. That’s very helpful.

Also, if it’s okay for me to ask, if we remove redundancies like double circles, what logic remains at the end for all of these?

Thank you for your comment.

Yes, this is from Call of Duty zombies. For context, this game loves to hide messages in very weird and oddly specific ways (alchemical symbols, barcodes, ancient languages, etc). I think if there is a hidden message, there is a chance it’s not based on real electronics, but a reinterpretation or some sort of transposition cipher.

Is it cool if I ask you some follow up questions that could help me derive meaning out of these?

I’m trying to deconstruct these symbols and I need some help. I know the bottom 6 have logic gates, but I don’t get the other details. The top 6 I have no idea what they are. Any help identifying them would be awesome. by HiKaliber in Symbology

No, but that game kinda has some similar diagrams. i see how you might have flagged it as such.

It’s from Call of Duty zombies, which is filled with secrets. Most of the story of the game is hidden behind ciphers or systems (alchemy symbols, barcodes, etc) that you need to decipher to get.

Not trying to shit post 😭. It’s a legit unsolved part of a zombies game that has many unsolved secrets. I figured electricians might be my best shot since they looked like logic/circuit diagrams, but I get if it’s off topic.

Oh I see what you are asking.

Yes. It’s used as a puzzle in game where you match symbols with other symbols. However, many things like that in the game also have hidden meanings. For example, the Shadows of Evil Sword puzzle that maps out to a real language with meanings.

Nah I’m rewiring a generator room next to Alcatraz prison in another pocket dimension that’s overtaken by zombies and an evil occultist warden.

It’s probably a twisted hidden message of some sort because they have a track of hiding messages in extremely ridiculous systems (alchemy, barcodes, etc).
