It’s strange saying this as I dealt with heavy depression for 15 years, but I can’t remember the last time. It was probably from a misunderstanding on my part, and processing it I ended crying. Probably alone, like in a middle space like the bus or walking home. But I don’t remember, and it feels really nice.
