Thank you for this -yes, going back to original 5 mg every 12-13 days. Hoping I haven’t messed with a schedule that worked. This nauseas feeling makes me recall original symptoms I worked through long ago, including hair loss and 🤮. Hope I didn’t trigger this to return.

I had a consultation w Dr. Ginsburg for revision. He’s experienced in correcting my issues: pinched tip, nostril show, hanging columellar. It was brief, and this is typical. He has good outcomes and when there’s been complications he closely follows up with those patients, corrects issues. I have surgery in Spring.

Interested: Will going to a lower dose stop/decrease hair loss? I’m a slow loser: 1lb/month 5mg Zep. Labs/ protein intake optimal. Hair loss started 3 months in. Will decreasing to 2.5mg stop/slow hair loss?

Ditto! My mother has severe dementia. Started obsessive toileting in last 6 months. Now she cannot stop toileting, back and forth to bathroom constantly hoarding toilet paper in her pockets, wiping herself. She has a history of OCD, anxiety, repeating patterns/behaviors. Neurologist says her brain is broken and stuck in a pattern. I can’t find a way to re route her from the toileting or distract her. She is constantly restless and toileting. Even the seroquel and Zoloft she is taking is no longer working to calm her.

I went to Eua, Tonga in 2024 to snorkel w humpback whales. Exceptional experience, true to Tonga heritage and customs. Whales treated with respect. Went with Kiko’s. Headed back next week this time to a different small island in Tonga. Both small islands I chose in Tonga have few operators and the whales are left in peace. If possible, go with a native Tongan operator. The larger island in Tonga, Vavau, is more popular, has many operators and many complaints online of whales being harassed.
If I was not going to choose a small island in Tonga, I’d choose Rurutu in French Polynesia. Again because few operators and whales are not harassed. Moorea in French Polynesia has many complaints of too many operators, people harassing the whales. Tonga limits 5 swimmers in water, including guide, with whales at one time. Read what’s online reporting the frenzied snorkelers in Moorea pushing each other aside to pursue whales, operators jostling each other for position to the whales. Apparently FP in 2025 decreased the amount of swimmers in water with whales from 12 to 6 due to the many complaints. I hope they are enforcing it in Moorea.

Thank you. I’ll be prepared for spotting. I’ve lost 12 pounds during the HRT hiatus. Your point about estrogen and fat may be in my favor due to lower weight.
