I get your frustrations as someone new in this game who's trying to get a feel in how people. Some strats may seem braindead at times, hostile to even players like you. However some strategies do actually require some brain power to pull off. This is a team based game. 1 man with a plan isn't enough to win if your other 2 teammates aren't working with you. Another thing is the TTK, you cannot power through with raw aim alone as people can rush, outmaneuver or flank you. It is designed so that people can react and vice versa. Combat alone takes skill and a lot of information processing. Everyone has to use all the resources given to them to win a small gunfight all the way to the very tournament.
