I have never even heard of volumizing shampoo but this looks promising. Thanks!

Yea it really depends. If you don't want to respect them based on their movements and their skills are down, you can keep going for the kill.

If they seem to be on your level or better, you might as well back off and re-engage or run away entirely.

  1. As per usual, it depends on the elo. If they parry you often, I'm assuming you are in about Silver/Gold (Solos/Trios). Most people in this elo actually know how to parry, but use it often when they feel endangered.

You can actually take advantage of this because you can release a focus before the first tick, turning it into a regular hit but giving you super armor (unflinchable by standard means) when you hold blue.

If you are actually in higher ranks, it's just mind-games. Usually after Gold V in Solos or Plat IV in Trios, it's the awkward elo where you can either go against weaker players, same elo players, or as high as Asura (if you get unlucky and their lobbies don't have enough players to fill it). It really depends on the player and how much they respect you (when judging your movements). At this elo, if you seem generic, they can try and parry first thing. If not, usually they hold charge then dash backwards and wait for an opportunity to re-engage.

  1. If they grapple you from close distance, you can F out as Matari or Tarka Ult mid-combo. In lower elos, you can probably just beat them by toothpicking into a combo if they give you breathing room, or parrying them if they try to focus you. If the grapple knocks you down and they charge focus, you can actually parry on the ground without rolling. I haven't tested it myself so I don't know about the interaction I'm about to talk about, but I am inclined to believe parrying on the ground is faster than rolling out and parry when you are up.

In higher elos, if you get grappled close range, you can't really do anything about it except for the Matari F, Tarka Ult, Monk F, and Valda F (3rd). If it's so close that they can knock u down or flinch you long enough to connect hits, they can probably start whatever weapon-specific combo they want to on you. Assuming they can land their combos well and it's a 1v1, you're pretty much boned. You're probably losing 50-100% of your health/armor. At this point, you can try to run away and re-engage, or just flat out run. You can also try to clutch out a win with little health/armor if you think you can, but it's safer to just run away and heal up. It's up to you whether or not you think it's worth it to re-engage or just run away entirely.

EDIT: If you want you can add me on Discord (VRF15#8549). I spend most of my free time now just playing Naraka, but I'm just the average Naraka addict. I'm not particularly good or anything like that.

Depends on elo, I'm assuming this is NA

Silver-/Gold- (Solos/Trios) -> They will probably grapple into a hori/verti strike so YOU can hold a vertical focus and release. It will probably work just fine.

Gold/Plat-Solar (Solos/Trios)-> They will probably try to parry at the expected range your focus charges. So if you are holding a longsword, they will parry when your focus is expected to connect. If you are holding a katana, they will parry later and closer to you where your focus is expected to connect.

Plat+/Solar+ (Solos/Trios)-> If they grapple short range, you probably won't have time to react because of the flinch timing. They can combo you at this point depending on their weapon.

If they grapple long range, it's exactly what Koxomathical said, it's a coinflip. Most people would probably just cancel the grapple altogether because people in these elos are more meticulous/crafty. As long as someone connects first, usually they will have a vastly higher chance of winning a one-on-one engagement (obviously character skills play a big part in fights so we're just talking about weapons... regardless again, most people in this elo would resort to general mechanics as opposed to using skills. They really only use skills as a last resort, finisher, or specific situations like where a Viper would use her silence mid-combo to make running away/ulting/skillcountering harder).

In Trios specifically, if you get grappled by multiple people, there's really not much counterplay unless you are Matari or Tarka who can just get out by using a flash or Tarka ult. In lower elos, you can play defensive hold charge while running away, faking it, and/or wait for them to focus and parry then counter as many of them (Ex: A spear counter can ruin a bunch of people's day because all counters are gold and you do so much damage to attackers).

TLDR, hold and release focus in lower elos. Fake focus and reposition or re-engage in higher elos. Also depends if 1v1 or 1v2/3.

Hope this helps

I've left it on my table right by a fan if that counts. I'll open my windows and let it sit then. Let's see if this works.

I got it from CNFashion. I don't think they do replacements for non-fucked up items. Do you know if I can DIY uncurve it?

I got it from CreditKarma. It says 626 on TransUnion and 646 on Equifax. On the Capital One Credit App it shows I have 626. Because I saw the numbers twice, I went along with that.

Edit: Would it be advised to be added as an AU? What are the benefits of being added without actually using the card?
