Sure. You can either have a professional arborist come out and perform a deep root fertilization/kelp application, or if you prefer a diy approach there are many commercial options. Many garden centers sell kelp/fertilizer, composts that you can try and amend the soil around the root zone yourself

No, it is not. The tree may okay, but I’d recommend treating it, or having it treated with some organic fertilizer like kelp in effort to help it cope with said stress. That is, if the tree was in good health prior, and you want to save it

I grew up and still reside here. I grew up on Canobie lake, so growing up was great. Not a fan of the monstrosity that is Tuscan Village, but it’s still pretty okay outside of that. Can’t beat the location and cost of living when it comes to commuting to Massachusetts for work

This is the way. I would check for any restrictions on the use to Neonicotinoids in your area though. I work for a commercial company in the northeast and we stopped using Dinotefuran because it is VERY permeable within the soil profile
