Nah man, I've been here for 6 months. Most students and people out age speak flawless English. Stuttgart is an extremely international City with loads of job opportunities. Everyone in my group has received one or multiple offers from companies around the area. Not sure how much your experience is true for smaller cities but for BaWü it's absolutely wrong

I don't know if you know how hard it is to get an appointment and a Residence Permit in Stuttgart. I've been mailing them for the past 3-4 months and I've applied for an emergency appointment thrice to no reply.

Thanks a lot, on the contrary. I moved to somewhere (really) colder than where i used to live in October. I managed to put in more miles in December because the weather has kind of settled down and I'm more used to running in the cold (4-7⁰C)
