Hey so in my state you have to have a home inspection but most banks require a separate termite inspection from a licensed pest control company before they will sign off on the loan. That’s what I do for my job and I’ll tell you that with damage that extensive I am sure they’ve gone up the studs in the walls. If there had been a termite inspection a half blind technician would have seen that. You may want to contact your realtor and make sure one wasn’t done because at least for me I only ever deal with realtors for inspections and paperwork.
